Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can submit an order through our website or call 1-877-407-9272 and speak to myself or my husband. If you order through the website you will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
Q: Is there a delivery charge?
A: Yes, there is a $20 delivery charge on all orders. The charge includes both pick-up and delivery of all items.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver everywhere in the Salt Lake Valley, Park City, Deer Valley and all Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts. There may be an additional delivery charge for delivery outside of these areas. We deliver to private residences, condos, ski resorts and hotels.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard or cash for all orders. A credit card is required to confirm your reservation even if paying in cash. Credit card orders are processed after delivery but are verified at the time of reservation. Cash is expected to be paid at the time of delivery.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Yes, there is a minimum order of $50.
Q: Is there any paperwork that needs to be completed before the rental period begins?
A: Yes, you will be required to sign a Liability Waiver before the rental period begins.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: All orders cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will be charged 50% of the original order total.
Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: To ensure availability, you should make your reservation as soon as you have confirmed your travel plans. However, we will do our best to accommodate you on any last minute travel you may have.
Q: Do you offer discounts for extended stays or multiple items?
A: Absolutely! Please contact us by phone to discuss the options. We want to make your trip as affordable and hassle-free as possible, and customer service is our number one priority.
Q: What is the condition of your equipment?
A: All of our equipment has been purchased new and is thoroughly cleaned and maintained in like-new condition. We continuously monitor our gear and replace it at regular intervals to keep it in top condition.
Q: How is your equipment cleaned?
A: Every single item is properly sanitized between each rental and then stored in a cool, clean storage area when not in use. We strive to use as many non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning products as we can, such as Seventh Generation & Method products, and all washable items are exclusively treated with hypoallergenic detergents.
Q: How do I know that your products are safe to use?
A: We take the safety of our customers very, very seriously, which means all of our equipment is held to the highest safety standards. We are directly linked to both the JPMA and CPSC, so we are constantly verifying that every single one of our products are approved by these agencies. In the event that one of our products is recalled for any reason, we pull it from our inventory immediately and replace it with a newer, safer option.
